Apartments in Egypt, which enjoyed great demand among the Ukrainians, now virtually untapped. This was reported by Irina Varlamov, director of "Viatel", which sells real estate in different countries.

"Still about 2 years due to the difficult situation in Egypt, the Ukrainians are not actively buying real estate in this country" - predicts expert.

She also noted that today the Ukrainians prefer to buy an apartment in Bulgaria, Spain and Italy.

"It basically buy housing for yourself to relax and to get a residence permit in the interest of their country" - said the expert.
