In Finland legalized rent in exchange for sexual services

In Finland, at the legislative level, set forth the right of citizens to rent or lease the property in exchange for the services of an intimate nature, said the publication Legal Practice.

Rent a house in exchange for sexual services is quite common in Finland and according to statements by the local police, such transactions are completely legal.

The Central Union of Tenants of Finland registers monthly circulation of homeowners who want to return it in exchange for the services of an intimate nature. Often such housing schemes offered female students who are strapped for cash.

The only conditions are the majority of both parties to the transaction, as well as regulatory compliance. However, law enforcement officials recommend that women inform the adoption of such proposals, which should help avoid crime. It should be noted that prostitution in Finland formally resolved, but the pandering (pimping) and public sex trade are illegal.
