Kigali, Rwanda innovative cities in the world.

Kigali, Rwanda

Rwanda's economy in recent years, growing at a rapid pace. A power of this small African nation, where ten years ago, hundreds of thousands of people were killed on the streets during mass unrest could become a worthy example for the rulers of many countries of the former Soviet Union. Instead of simply steal millions of dollars of investment pouring into the country, they dispose of them wisely.

In Kigali, opened a stock exchange, 5% of GDP by law for the needs of science, and military enterprises are transformed into mass education.
