Analysts of investment company Aurora Development identified the following investment transactions of commercial real estate market in 2010 Hodzha:
- Sale 60% network Ukrainian clothing stores Tuso;
- Purchase by "Esta Holding 23% of LLC" Trade house "Kyiv Central Department Store";
- Astra Property "has sold 50% +1 share of shopping center« Sky Mall »;
- Leroy Merlin has bought the stake in LLC Brikolyazh Ukraine;
- Company UNIQA Real Estate AG acted as the buyer TOTS AVE Plaza;
- "Mandarin Plaza bought the office building of the Arena complex;
- Fund Drafon Ukrainian Properties and Development has acquired 35% stake Arricano Trading Ltd.
